Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for tracking shipments from pick up through deliveries

•    Ability to seek new opportunities of optimizing operations and costs savings.

•    Facilitating and communicating to resolve problems for all logistics operations.

•    Ensuring that vendors SLAs are met.

•    Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

•    Analyzing and resolving problems for all ecommerce logistics operations.

•    Overseeing related data to support  stores  and warehouses  in the day- to- day areas of ecommerce logistics.

•   Administrative tasks – review and approve invoices for US curriers.
