Job Description:
To enable and support the design, development and implementation of key Organisation Development initiatives aligned to organisational frameworks, methodologies and processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner as part of an integrated OD team with HR and line on organisation development issues to support the development and implementation of organisation development interventions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of OD
- Support the delivery of HR and OD strategy
- Has a good understanding of OD programmes / initiatives and supports the execution of business OD initiatives
- Co-ordinates and manages the implementation of relevant organisation development projects in line with integrated change and engagement process
- Gathers data and analytics, structuring standard reporting
- Build effective relationships
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Communication and stakeholder engagement
- Registered Psychometrist / Industrial Psychologist advantageous
- Presentation skills
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant Human Resources experience
- Has a good understanding of Organisation Development, its capabilities and how they integrate
- Collaboration
- Facilitation Skills
- Change Management
- Min 3 years’ experience within Organisation Development and related capabilities (Performance Management, Change Management,
- Organisational Design, Assessments)
- HR / OD Programme / Project Management experience is advantageous
- Experience in HR consulting / business partnering advantageous
- Project Management
