Job Description:

Drive business value add based on Voice of Customer (VoC) initiated process design, optimisation and improvement. BPAs are expected to have a commercial appreciation of the scope of their work and incorporate this into their deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysing business performance using industry standard process reengineering techniques e.g. Lean 6 Sigma
  • Manage implementation and tracking of innovative continuous improvement projects
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that business requirements (and the resulting business process design) are aligned to the WFS Target Operating Model and to identify exceptions
  • Translation of business requirements into workable business process models/business process architecture/functional requirements with managed business impact
  • Working closely with project managers and the business to assist in the delivery of WFS Operating Plan projects and initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Systems Thinking
  • Process design and documentation skills
  • Broad general IT knowledge
  • Knowledge of business process analysis methodology and documentation
  • 3 year Commercial or Information Technology degree
    Project management skills
  • Project Management Knowledge
  • Solution / Application Testing
  • Six Sigma is preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Business Analysis skills
  • IT Implementations
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge / qualification advantageous
  • Knowledge of relevant process modelling and tools (Visio /ARIS)
  • Product Knowledge (WFS and Absa Specific) would be preferred
  • Preferably 3 years IT experience in a Financial Services environment.
  • CPI Tools and Techniques
