Job Description:

Responsible for the timely traffic planning of routes and scheduling delivery times to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prioritising workloads effectively.
• Proactive with the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Managing and ensuring adequate resource is available i.e. drivers, vehicles, trailers
• Good attention to detail, ensuring the correct information is relayed to the driver or customer regarding the job in hand.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills for planning schedules, journeys and loads.
• Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Well Organized with the ability to work in a fast past environment, multi tasking whilst paying close attention to detail and not compromising on quality.
• Flexible attitude.
