Job Responsibilities:
- enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- keep contact management systems up-to-date with client information
- organize logistics of team marketing events, develop and maintain team marketing materials
- provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Job Requirements:
- ideally 3-5 years of client service experience
- series 7 and 66 licensed required for Registered CSAs only
- college degree is preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies
- detail and service oriented (nothing gets past you)
- good written and verbal communication skills
- team player with good interpersonal skills
