Job Description:

Toyota Connected is looking for IT Infra Engineer who will provision, configure, and maintain the IT infrastructure. IT Infra Engineer to troubleshoot any network and connectivity issues that could crop up and resolve the same. Manage the data, security and act as operations support for all computer, network, storage incidents /requests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Test new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact
• Able to support multiple networks. Ensure necessary administration tasks are completed
• Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed
• Configure corporate Endpoint Security Solutions, Firewall/UTM
• Configuring Compliance and Security policies in O365
• Management of SaaS applications
• On-perm AD environment maintenance like, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ect.
• Assist with IT Procurement & Vendor co-ordinations
• Enterprise application configuration in AAD to enable SSO
• Domain DNS and services administration management
• Automate the routine tasks and services to improve the efficiency of IT support
• Configure GPOs and Dynamic DLs in hybrid AD environment
• End-user support of Laptops or workstations, Windows, MacOS
• Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system
• Maintain security audit and logging information
• Configure policies to control access and to secure corporate data using MDM/MAM like MS Intune, JamF

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, be able to interpret and discuss information with both tech and non-tech decision makers
• Skill in performing routine operations tasks and their automation. Routine tasks include system monitoring, reviewing system and application logs, and production support
• 2+ years’ experience in AD/Hybrid AD environment setup and maintenance
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and identifying opportunities for innovation, cost savings, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills & Troubleshoot for Deployment errors and remediate manually wherever is needed
• Experience in O365 administration (Including Intune), Security and compliance configurations
• 4+ years’ experience in IT support & systems admin support
• Hands-on experience in complex network security design, configuration, deployment,   administration
• Knowledge in DLP and EDR
• Hands-on scripting experience in Powershell
• Expertise with Mcafee ePO Policies
• Cloud technology experience in production (Azure, AWS, GCP or Equivalent)toyota-careers-37
