Tesla Application – Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

As an Acquisition Specialist, you will work cross functionally with Used Car, Delivery, Sales, Service and DMV teams to appraise and resell trade-in vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support field teams in resolving customer questions and concerns
• Coordinate with Tesla delivery centers and external logistics partners to ensure vehicles are efficiently moved from Tesla lots to sale locations
• Lead and support training initiatives to ensure field sales teams understand trade-in processes
• Develop strong relationships with cross functional business partners (Sales, Delivery) to create an exceptional customer experience
• Review market indicator data, vehicle history and vehicle condition to appraise the value of trade-in vehicles in keeping with current Tesla valuation strategies
• Accurately record valuations and track inventory using Tesla internal system

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment, as well as independently
• Ability to work across multiple computer systems; experience with CRM a plus, experience with MS Office required
• Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing working environment
