Job Description:

The 3PL FSL Inventory and Operations Analyst works closely with the UK Operations Manager to ensure and monitor 3PL performance within t in the UK on receiving, fulfilling, quality, inventory and cost. The 3PL Inventory and Operations Analyst works with the 3PL to ensure that customer orders are appropriately prioritized and fulfilled on time and in full according to the agreed schedule, that goods receipt is done timely and according to agreements in place. And that inventory accuracy is maintained and controlled throughout all other processes. Where applicable, he/she is also responsible for the proper registration of work done into our company system(s) and for creating relevant reports to assist management. He/ She cooperates closely with in- and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all KPI’s and agreements are fulfilled.
  • Addresses and ensures immediate action and resolution on discrepancies and performance issues with 3PL on all daily operations.
  • Analyses the inventory accuracy and monitors the cycle count process, pro-actively take action to mitigate, resolve and propose sustainable solutions.
  • Works closely with EU Parts Inventory, Channel Planning and Tilburg GDC and other internal teams on ensuring timely and correct parts stock levels at FSL’s.
  • Creates opportunities to improve on performance standards and reduction of costs.
  • Works closely with the Tesla and 3PL Logistics departments to ensure timely inbound delivery and outbound pick-up in accordance with cut-off and KPI’s
  • This position is continuously evolving, and the responsibilities may change over time – this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Supports complaint handling process regarding operations performed by the 3PL.
  • Escalates functional and process failures to the UK Operations Manager.
  • Effectively handles multiple priorities, organizes workload, and meets deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of global warehouse and supply chain processes
  • BSc or MSc in Business Administration or similar level by (working) experience
  • Spacious users’ knowledge of a warehouse management system
  • Working independently & within a team and with international stakeholders in a global operating environment
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software packages
  • Command of English language at a professional business level (at least C1 level)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting (3PL) warehouse operations in a complex and dynamic, preferable automotive, service parts distribution environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Solid reporting and analytical skills
