Job Description:
This FTC role will be responsible for delivering people team projects which include organisation wide people projects, business unit specific projects and projects across the colleague lifecycle on time and to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:
- Proposing options for delivery including timescales, costs and resources required
- Completing projects, exiting effectively and gathering feedback to ensure continuous improvement in the service provided
- Planning and managing projects from start to finish ensuring that governance is in place appropriate to the complexity and scale of work required
- Managing all stakeholders involved in the project and keeping them informed of progress or issues
- Working effectively with stakeholders from across the business to quickly build relationships and gain credibility
- Consulting with the business on people impact of business change decisions made and planning/addressing appropriately
- Working with Project Sponsor to fully scope out and plan each project or piece of work to ensure the outcome is agreed by all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Ability to prioritise numerous, sometimes competing, priorities
- Best practice knowledge and the ability to translate to fit organisational culture
- Business change management and implementation
- Experience delivering complex people projects
- Experience in delivering organisational development people initiatives across an organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ideally CIPD qualified with experience of working in a People team
