Job Description:
Lead, Tech Support responsibilities to be part of working under Retail Foundations – RDA/T3 support working on the Big data platform by supporting, Monitoring, Debugging, Automations and fixing the issues and delivering the SLA/OLA.He should be also having a hands-on experience in delivering the codes. Responsibilities also including working on incident management & Change Management process

Job Responsibilities:
- Should work as a Tech support & DevOps specialist and work on production/Dev environments to handle SLA/OLA
- Should be flexible for shift-based environments (24×7)
- Quality delivery on support and automation should be a top priority.
- Co-ordinate change and deployment on time
- Should create healthy harmony within the team
- Monitoring and handling the Automations in production and minimizing the manual works
- Should work with delivery teams and attend change PRA and ensure IA has been done to avoid Business impact
- Should work business stakeholders on daily basis and handle issues/Escalations
- Participate in a team environment for the design, development, Production and implementation
- Should take L3 activities on need basis
- Should be proficient to handle incident, Problem and change management process
- Should be proficient in debugging/analysing and fixing the issues
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must be a self-starter, who can work under general guidelines in a fast-spaced environment.
- Data Warehousing Knowledge/hands-on, Big Data Toolset such as Hadoop, HIVE, HBASE, KAFKA, SPARK, Bash Scripting(or) Python & Any DevOps tools like (Jenkins, Run deck, Kubernetes, Git, SRE knowledge) is an added advantage
- Overall minimum of 3 to 8 year of experience in Hadoop environments, Monitoring tool such as Control-M etc., (related products),
