Job Description:
To lead, grow, develop and manage the Equity broking & ND-PMS / PMS business in the allocated territory. The ES will be responsible for driving the Equity broking & NDPMS / PMS business through the various segments of the Bank (mainly Priority) where customer relationships are managed by Relationship Managers. The role of the ES will be of a product specialist working closely with the Wealth Specialist / Relationship Managers at the bank & engaged in offering detailed information on SCSI products, including broking & PMS products & equity research and advisory capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:

- Build the Equities Broking, PMS & Advisory business so as to achieve leadership position in the region.
- Drive the referrals through the SCB segment/channel teams.
- Constantly update the SCB segment/channels on the markets and our house views.
- Coach the RMs / WS’s on the various investment ideas and processes.
- Audit Readiness
- Ensure satisfactory rating in QA/Statutory audits
- Adherence to KYC and AML Norms
- Ensure the stringent adherence to sales and operational processes
- Periodic review of product performance availed of by the customers through us.
- Provide inputs to customers/RM’s / WS’s on transactions / performance.
- Build and deepen relationships with customers to deepen wallet-share to direct equities / SCSI.
- Ensure customers and the various bank segments view SCSI as a value proposition.
- Oversee customer transactions / relationship at local SCSI dealer level to keep track of portfolio performance.
- Attain and actively maintain a level of professional competence appropriate to the responsibilities of a ES and commit to the continued learning and development of others.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in distribution/ referral / dealing of direct equity products & PMS. Experience in Mutual Funds and complex investment products would be a preference.
- Good understanding of the dynamics of the financial services market, Stock Market, Index & stock derivatives markets, currency markets and specialist knowledge of equity products like Margin funding, IPO funding, derivative strategies, mutual funds & portfolio management services.
- Experience in Sales, Dealing and Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customers
- Strong orientation towards internal customer satisfaction and servicing
- Candidate should be NCFM certified in Cash & Derivatives markets.
