Job Description:

The Guest Care Trainer will work out of our Corporate Headquarters but also travel to our outsource BPO partners globally. This role will train team members on customer service, systems like CRM and ticketing, sales, policies, and procedures. The trainer will build training curriculum with facilitator and participant guides and will deliver engaging training all around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates Guest Care business specific new hire and supplemental training courses.
  • Collaborates with Business Partners, 3rd Party BPO Vendors, Training Peers and Quality Assurance to keep abreast of changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies/programs.
  • Develops facilitator guides and uses expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE) to develop curriculum and other training tools.
  • Develops curriculum and facilitates other training sessions covering various non-business specific training (e.g. soft-skills, Guest service)
  • Utilizes a robust assessment methodology (e.g. Kirkpatrick Model) to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of learning.
  • Maintains accurate reporting of all learning initiatives via department Learning Management System (LMS).

Job Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Windows Office products (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to utilize all available technology to create, edit and maintain all training curriculum.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Spirit Airline’s computer reservations systems, Knowledge management software, and other applications.
  • Understand and maintain curriculum to adhere to applicable government regulations and reservation procedures.
  • Gather and analyze relevant data to measure effectiveness, identify status, patterns, issues, trends, and root causes.
  • Use data to develop solutions; share data to create a shared understanding and commitment to action/solution.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and delivering impactful results without frequent supervision.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and knowledge management delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Airline industry experience also preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience.
