Progressive Northeastern Senator seeks legislative assistant or counsel to handle banking, securities, labor and employment, housing, small business, manufacturing, and other issues. Primary responsibilities include developing and drafting legislation, briefing the senator, meeting with stakeholders, and liaising with the state office. The position requires at least two years of relevant policy background, and a graduate degree is strongly preferred.
