Job Responsibilities:

This position is in the Unemployment Insurance Division in Greenville. Incumbent will serve as a dedicated customer service representative responsible for answering inbound calls from claimants, employers, and other stakeholders. Provides general information and guidance in reference to agency operational procedures and guidelines.  *4 vacancies

Job Requirements:

A high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience in a contact center, insurance, and/or customer service.

A Bachelor’s degree and experience in a high volume contact center.Supplemental questions are considered part of your official application.
