Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions have a vacancy for an Accounts Administrator who will be responsible for the vendor management process ensuring policy and process compliance, managing and maintaining supplier catalogues ensuring accuracy of items available for purchase
- This is a varied role and as Accounts Administrator, you’ll process of travel and other expenses claims, ensure CPC transactions are processed in line with financial periods to ensure the accuracy of costs in the Profit & Loss Account and ensure supplier statement reconciliations are completed in line with policy.
- You need to be computer literate with excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and use of formulas and have extensive numeracy and attention to details skills.
