Job Responsibilities:

You’ll be taking full responsibility for your store, with a team of over 500 (30mgrs) to lead and inspire. You’ll be free to make your own decisions, and everything to do with delivering a great commercial return will be your show, but you’ll have plenty of support when you need it.

You’ll take the lead in understanding our customers, bringing your team’s natural passion for great service to the surface and making sure every customer experience is perfect. Driving sales, keeping stock levels in line with customer demand, making sure displays grab their attention and fostering a hardworking but fun environment in which your team members remain fully engaged will all be part of your role.

Job Requirements:

A retail fashion background is not essential for this role but having strong leadership and coaching skills, a commercial mind set and exposure to a fast paced environment is. Many Store Managers join us from positions such as a Store Manager of a similar size store or an Area Manager of several smaller size stores to ours. The role will not be without challenge but you will have the freedom, the autonomy and the support to really make this role your own.
