Job Description:

You will provide project and change management expertise to ensure that partner management and partner performance improvement is developed and delivered, new contracts are safely transitioned into service, old contracts are safely terminated, and the pipeline of procurement projects is managed through the project lifecycle.

Reporting into the Partner Management Director within Fibre Network Delivery (FND), you and your team will deliver their services across the whole Openreach business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct leadership to team of +20 FTE, responsible for a multi-disciplinary virtual team and subject matter experts e.g. internal Partner Management improvement and external partner improvement
• Pan-Openreach responsibility for project managing the mobilisation of a pipeline of multi-billion-pound partner contracts and be responsible for leading the change projects that bring new procurement “on-line” within the business.
• Accountable for the ‘on-boarding’ of new partners and ensuring that contracts are deployed effectively across Openreach.
• Accountable for a pipeline of projects delivering benefits across cost, quality and service within a programmatic framework and employing recognised P3M methodologies.
• Openreach accountability for risk management & compliance to group risk policy.

Job Requirements:

• Background as a decision maker in procurement, commercial and/or supply chain management.
• A demonstrated understanding of business improvement, transformation, and business process improvement.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders, peers, and other key stakeholders within the organisation to communicate solutions and how they apply to specific change plans.
• Additional understanding of P3M and risk management, ideally with accreditation, is advantageous.
• CIPS (or equivalent through demonstrated experience such as other qualification and procurement, commercial and supply chain management experience).
