Job Description:
We are looking for someone that can drive a well-rounded strategic plan for the marketplace by using historical data, analytics, and real-time market feedback to advise and lead cross-functional partners. This role will focus highly on product, color and line plan details that help identify opportunities to grow the business and serve the Consumer better.
Job Responsibilities:
• Set all Factory & Clearance pricing, markdowns and promo events
• Drive in-season business results to achieve KPIs, plan & strategy; leverage weekly business results and marketplace trends to move at the pace of the consumer via read and react activities
• Curate consumer-right assortment for Value Marketplace (Nike Unite/ Factory stores) and strategically liquidate marketplace excessive inventories to ensure portfolio excellence.
• Building and sustaining positive relationships with key cross functional (Planning, Allocations, Finance) and Geo Partners.
• Ensure assortments support financial targets in partnership with Geography Nike Direct Planning and Analytics
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
- Footwear, Apparel, Equipment or relevant consumer product merchandising experience
- Thorough attention to detail, understanding the importance of consistency.
- 5 years experience in footwear or apparel merchandising, product creation and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand or digital environment
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners.
- Great Teammate & Contributor, attitude and excitement to learn newness.
