Job Description:

As the MPO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end order book management, communicating effectively to relevant stakeholders, and taking initiative to identify risk and opportunities for Nike and our partners. You will succeed by utilizing reporting and insights to drive timely delivery of all Nike products to support Nike profitability. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with internal cross functional partners through report interpretation, tools, phone and email. You will implement desk level orderbook tasks to deliver overall orderbook and business KPIs.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Response to questions regarding order status and tracking information, working with internal partners to resolve moderately complex customer issues, such as pricing, delivery status, routing, rejections, holds
  • Access, execute, and leverage standard and ad hoc reports to support execution
  • Proactively track product delivery, order fill rates, validity, delivery, and returns activities
  • Maintain upstream & downstream data integrity
  • Drive day-to-day problem-solving activities, resolving & escalating issues as required
  • Provide solutions to moderately complex or infrequently occurring problems by using existing guidelines or procedures
  • Support reaching financial objectives set by the business
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions
  • Prioritize and effectively complete timely email responses, reporting requests, and daily work activities to achieve Order Management excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Communicate & Influence key stakeholders on existing processes / capabilities
  • Cross functional engagement across Operations, Finance, Merch, Planning, Tech & Marketing
  • Manage operational escalations with Logistics Team
  • Relationship management with external Account Team
  • Provide peer mentorship and training. WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and critical thinking
  • Retail knowledge preferred
  • Customer experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with MS Office & SAP a plus
