Job Description:

We’re looking for someone to join our portfolio to help support the day-to-day operation and help us to deliver exceptional experiences, to everyone, every time.
The role will be vital in providing support for the members of the property leadership team. You’ll be working across all aspects of our portfolio from the facilities team, the operations team, the collections team and the rangers. You’ll be integral in keeping the business as usual going across our seven-day opening.

Job Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for the administration of the portfolio; managing property email inboxes, cash handling procedures, soft facilities management and volunteer documentation. Other duties include, answering internal and external queries, working with our finance and procurement systems to make purchases for the property, minute taking at meetings, and volunteer administration. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail as you’ll be supporting the team in completing and ensuring compliance paperwork is kept up to date.
