Job Description:

This is clerical work in which the incumbent performs duties in connection with issuance of benefits via electronic benefits transfer at the county level. The incumbent compiles data and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Work requires individual responsibility, initiative, and judgment. Supervision is received from an administrative superior.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintains required files and controls logs.

Transmits daily, weekly, and monthly data updates as required.

Provides records and reports as required and maintains back-up files.

Types reports, forms, and other general agency correspondence, utilizing a personal computer (PC) and electronic typewriter.

Tracks problems by category to provide superiors with necessary information to solve problems.

Retrieves pertinent data from the computer system for use in problem solving.

Orders supplies.
