Job Description:

The cafe service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and menu items as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the cafe department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean dining area and drink bar throughout the day
• Cook and prepare menu and daily special items
• Monitor food supplies and order replacement items as needed
• Process food sales using the cash register and POS machine
• Caf opening and closing duties of food preparation and cleaning
• Abide by all standards established by the American National Standards Institute-Conference for Food Protection
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Complete knowledge of menu items and daily specials

Job Requirements:

• Basic cooking skills
• Food safety
• Cooking/customer service experience preferably in the food service industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Entry level position
• Ability to work evenings, occasional weekends and holidays
• Communicate with customers and employees in person, and on phone
• Basic mathematical knowledge
