Job Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the L&D leads and talent center of expertise, take accountability for the design, delivery and implementation of key business wide L&D priorities eg Leadership development, Line manager upskilling
• Effectively manage the relations with the wider Support Areas, working collaboratively with L&D teams to ensure all materials are relevant and up to date
• Gain a full understanding of the different professional services, operational processes, constraints and opportunities
• Lead the scoping, design, development, delivery and evaluation of sustainable solutions, in line with the 70:20:10 models that are commercially viable and deliver return on investment
• Timely delivery of effective and engaging L&D solutions, ensuring high quality and satisfaction
• Lead, innovate and deliver learning events to small and large audiences
• Working with Colleague Services, assess delegate learning participation and track all learning activity, to ensure we have the appropriate data, reporting and evaluation required
• Actively collaborate and support the wider Talent team ensuring standards, methodology, resources and experiences are all shared
• Lead internal and external projects with the use of Subject Matter Experts and external partners where appropriate produce relevant learning solutions and demonstrate ability to work with a project plan
• Effectively manage external partnerships, contracts and quality to deliver to the M&S L&D standards
