This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be a part of our Food transformation. Our Plan A Programme has been set up to drive the sustainability agenda across Foods with some activity involving Clothing & Home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering Plan A initiatives to agreed timescales
• Accountable for ensuring we have realistic and robust plans for each workstream ensuring there are clear owners and timescales
• Accountable for tracking key milestones for each initiative and raise issues quickly where required
• Accountable for highlighting and managing dependencies between initiatives and highlighting any that are across Foods
• Accountable for creating and managing a risks and issues log for the area
• Create weekly management information which provides visibility of progress and issues to the Food Leadership Team
• Work closely with internal communications teams to ensure there is a robust plan with clear and thoughtful messaging
• Manage interdependencies with other projects and business activities ensuring alignment
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure the initiatives are delivered

Job Requirements:

• Project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Able to think creatively to solve problems and drive value
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to challenge
• Tenacious and resilient self-starter
• Able to manage demanding timescales and work with differing priorities
• An interest in sustainability would be beneficial but not crucia
