Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the wider team to embed a culture of customer-centric innovation and promoting new ways of working
  • Progress key innovation projects, from validation to proof of concept, pilot and expansion of priority projects
  • Deliver core and transformational Working Capital investment and change projects successfully in collaboration with key partners
  • Build and foster relationships with key internal and external partners and the wider industry
  • Take initiatives through the appropriate governance and approval channels at pace
  • Drive customer awareness of our Working Capital solutions and new developments
  • Develop clear business cases and solution development strategy, managing partners to secure prioritisation of project, budget and resources to deliver
  • Keep informed of the latest market, regulatory and other changes and their impact on the business and our customers

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with technology experts (including POs, engineers, third-party companies and fint
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build strong and trusted relationships across a large and complex business and identify and gain support of key influencers
  • Strategic thinker, able to define the vision and strategic direction based on a deep understand of client needs and business drivers
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, successfully and influence key partners at all levels across the organisation
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment, handle multiple partners and reliably deliver high quality output
  • Committed to personal development
  • A strong understanding of the platform and technology landscape applicable to Working Capital solutions and recent innovation and digitisation (experience in this space desired)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to package and deliver complex messages in a simple and accessible way
  • Proven track record in planning and delivering innovation and transformation projects, from business case development through to solution launch
  • A strong demonstrable understanding of Working Capital products (Trade and/or Invoice Finance), customer journey, and broader trends impacting our clients and the industry
  • Ability and affinity for inspiring change and continuous improvement
  • Experience in end-to-end project management with the ability to support multiple priorities within tight timescales
