Job Description:

Glow is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Content Creator with an impeccable attention to detail and strong design sense to join the design team. The Content Creator reports to the Marketing Director and will assist with developing designs, resizing created material, and solving problems inherent in designing for multiple formats. The incumbent must be a content creation designer who presents an enthusiastic view of growing and developing their craft. This is not a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creates motion/animated graphics for company’s promotional videos, trailers, and other media
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry standards and trends for programs, hardware and design to better develop creative and innovative ways to make graphic assets visually engaging
• Create content optimized for social media including Instagram stories, Tiktok, Facebook, and more
• Supports content creation for all Glow projects and brands
• Maintains quality, organization and proper optimization for all digital platforms
• Other design requirements as necessary
• Experienced in photo retouching, photo-manipulation and compositing
• Ability to create materials based on existing style guides to fit brand image
• Brainstorm with marketing team and ability to collaborate with various teams to conceptualize creative communications fulfilling project objectives
• Design materials for the concert venues including sponsorship decks, signage, uniforms, and bottle menus
• Retouch and resize artwork according to the creative recommendations and production specifications and expectations
• Responsible of upholding design/brand standards and file naming conventions

Job Requirements:

• Intermediate hierarchy, layout and typography skill set
• Excellent attention to detail and possesses strong organizational skills
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
• 2+ years proven work experience as a Content Creator or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing, or related field
• Experienced in reformatting and resizing digital and print files to multiple dimensions and file format
• Knowledge of color theory and balance
• Proficient Mac user & intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Must be willing to frequently work and travel to events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events
