Employee is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team on a designated account and on a designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and effectivity of janitorial duties and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Strong MS Office skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Training in the specified industry or building management desired.
Previous supervisory experience desired.
Bilingual skills in Spanish desired.
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as government issued identification items, safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
