The Employment Program Manager I (EPM I) will be responsible for monitoring, overseeing, planning and influencing a positive working environment in the Southern Workforce Services Division Office. The incumbent will supervise staff who provide programmatic support to thirty-two America’s Job Center of California sites throughout Southern California. As a member of the Division management team, you will participate in developing and implementing goals, objectives, polices, and standards applicable in the support of the mandated programs administered throughout the Division.
