Job Description:
A successful Administrative Assistant possesses structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a high-paced deadline driven organization. In this role you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department’s activities and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships and delivering results
- Retail banking sales, or
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- Beginning October 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 120 days of hire
- At least one year experience in:
- College degree or military equivalent strongly preferred; High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Financial services sales, or
