Job Description:

This position is responsible to perform a variety of general manual labor tasks including but not limited to the overall maintenance of the working space for the business, facility offices, restrooms, and partial areas of the hangar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacts and coordinates contractors as required for servicing and repairs
• Performs or contracts scheduled and unscheduled GSE maintenance
• Responds to tenants’ needs in a professional manner
• Maintains well appearance of the facility at all times
• Makes sure all systems work properly
• Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
• Makes sure facility permits are current
• Manages facility maintenance inspection program and ensures inspections are C/W in a timely manner to maintain compliance with company policy and local regulations
• Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks (e.g., lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes)
• Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization’s facilities
• Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs
• Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge on the operation of GSE
• Able to perform tasks without supervision
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned
• Self-motivated with a great attitude
• Basic English language skills
• Common courtesy and customer orientation
• High school or trade school diploma
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience
• Extraordinary customer focus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and irrigation systems
• Strong customer centricity and strong attention to detail
