Job Description:

Crew Logistics is responsible for booking all travel for Crew members, hotel accommodation, Airline travel on/off tour, training travel and rental car scheduling, among other duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel for crew members
• Booking hotels for p crew
• Coordinate travel for Training crews

Job Requirements:

• Ability to effectively think outside-the-box to promote solutions that increase efficiency and utility for a large fleet
• Ability to thrive in stressful situations
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be a team player with flexibility to perform different roles and assist others when necessary
• Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all internal and external correspondence
