This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Government National Mortgage Association Ginnie Mae.
Ensure stakeholders and/or system owners understand system functionalities, logical and physical models, security requirements, and priority relative to the mortgage securitization business.
Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes, and document business rules, functions, and requirements.
Analyze policies and procedures for issues, inconsistencies, and gaps that have effect across Ginnie Mae; modify and update procedures, including the development, testing, investigation, and documentation of processes.
Review system audit findings; review current state, develop potential solutions, close control gaps, document processes, and implement new controls.
The official duty station for this position will be in Washington, District of Columbia. Failure to report to duty at this location may be grounds for a disciplinary action, including removal.
