Job Description:

Working within the Campaign Marketing team, you’ll develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, undertaking detailed planning and implementation of specific visitor marketing campaigns.

You’ll be working with marketing colleagues and external agencies to build imaginative and highly engaging multi-channelled marketing campaigns. By analysing data, you’ll understand our target audiences and what channels work most effectively to ensure our campaigns deliver on our commercial targets.

We are looking for someone who has experience of creating and delivering successful marketing and advertising campaigns, preferably within visitor attractions, leisure, travel or tourism. You should have extensive experience of consumer advertising and communications on and off line, and of applying customer insight throughout your marketing communications.

You’ll be an individual with excellent relationship building skills, who thrives working in a collaborative environment and, as we have high standards and stretching targets to achieve, you will also be someone who enjoys a challenge.

The location for this role is flexible, you could be based in Swindon or consideration will be given to home working. However you will be in regular contact with other members of the Visitor Marketing and Campaigns team who are situated across the country, as well as external agencies, so you will need to undertake regular travel and work from other offices and sites as required.
