We provide development support to our many dedicated and creative colleagues across, this can range from inductions to team development days, management and leadership training and coaching support. We aim to help people be the very best they can, in their roles. A small team who all believe that helping to develop the right skills and behaviours an organisation can thrive and grow.
Our People Development Assistant will be the first point of contact, offering appropriate advice and training guidance to our customers. The role will help the wider People Development team, in planning and preparing training events, deal with day-to-day queries and ensure smooth running of our learning systems and processes.
You will have great planning and organisation skills and be confident with using systems. You will enjoy being part of a busy team with changing priorities. As you will support across the whole country, it is important that you are comfortable building rapport and providing good customer service. An interest in the latest social media and app platforms would be helpful.
