Job Description:

To drive culture and engagement improvement across the dnata business globally to help achieve understanding and behaviours aligned with dnata’s vision, mission and values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Annual planning to support initiatives and activities for the local and global dnata network to enhance levels of engagement and improve dnata’s culture
• Surveys and analyses engagement activity to determine organisational learnings
• Plans for effective administration of the culture survey to ensure a high response rate across all dnata businesses
• Plans and ensures effective action planning across the dnata global network, obtaining staff buy-in and monitoring improvement
• Annual planning to support initiatives and activities for the local and global dnata network to enhance levels of engagement and improve dnata’s culture
• Plans for effective administration of the culture survey to ensure a high response rate across all dnata businesses
• Plans and ensures effective action planning across the dnata global network, obtaining staff buy-in and monitoring improvement
• Aligns local culture and engagement activities with global initiatives
• Ensures dnata’s vision, mission and values is represented in relevant messages, meetings and seminars
• Creates and delivers presentations to line departments to support any culture and engagement initiatives and programs
• Provides guidance and support to the business on the interpretation of survey results and point of contact for queries or concerns relating to culture and engagement overall

Job Requirements:

• Advanced negotiation skills, communication skills, data collection and analysis skills
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor degree in a related field
• 4+ years of experience in culture improvement or a relevant area
• Advanced Project Management skills
• Advanced Presentation / Facilitation Skills
