You will be joining the Real Estate division which is a full service Real Estate manager with EUR 51 billion in assets under management globally and EUR 23 billion in Europe that acquires and manages investments in assets or Real Estate portfolios on behalf of funds and separate accounts. The London-based portfolio management team raises and manages pan-European core and core-plus funds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysing investment opportunities through market research, in depth financial analysis and complex financial modelling
• Supporting transactions including investment underwriting, structuring and closing across multiple jurisdictions
• Assisting on asset management tasks including creating and implementing business plans and exit strategies
• Reviewing and validating real estate valuations
• Writing reports, memoranda and presentations, presenting findings at transaction review, investment committee meetings and board meetings of the investment vehicles

Job Requirements:

• Commercial Real Estate experience in either Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory or Portfolio Management
• Understanding of accounting and experience in financial analysis and modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent German language highly desirable

Qualification & Experience:

• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience, a focus in a financial subject would be beneficial
