Job Description:

Human Resources (HR) Talent Sourcing (TS) is responsible for the attraction, sourcing, assessment, recruitment and mobility of talent within the Bank. As Deutsche Bank continues to build a diverse and inclusive organisation, this new position has been established to support the Bank in its D&I ambitions.

Working closely with the Global Head of TS and the global team, you will be responsible for the market research analysis, preparation and delivery of reports and presentations to senior management in addition to tracking progress against TS D&I objectives.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage available tools, market research, reports and data sets to create strong D&I analysis and narratives
  • Identify themes, trends and summarise data for inclusion in management presentations
  • Partner with broader HR teams to develop consistent D&I metrics and promote connectivity (e.g. D&I, Workforce Analytics, Talent & Development etc.)
  • Create management presentations covering a variety of D&I topics including market research, data and progress against the Bank’s inclusion aims
  • Support project management of the TS strategic D&I goals, consulting across the global TS team and tracking progress

Job Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the Recruitment/TS service portfolio
  • Passion for D&I; and evidence of active participation in D&I initiatives
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications and proven analytical capability with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proactive global team player with established communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A self starter with a result-oriented working style and clear sense of prioritisation
