Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II incumbents may perform a wide variety of tasks requiring regular innovative problem solving within broadly stated and non-specific guidelines. The scope typically includes multiple program areas,and involves planning, developing, and implementing technological solutions that are essential to the missions of the overall organization, or affecting large numbers of people on a long-term or continuous basis in one or more of the Business Technology Management, Client Services, Information Security Engineering, Information Technology Project Management, Software Engineering domains.
In addition to evaluating each candidate’s relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft O365, including SharePoint Online and Teams
Strong working knowledge and experience utilizing Enterprise Architect Database
Working knowledge and experience utilizing MS Project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including IT documentation
Experience working in a team environment.
Understanding of the importance of good customer service and the necessity of effective communication to meet customer’s business needs
