Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports retail training teams to ensure owned brands are incorporated into all training platforms
  • Manages and executes community activations that are tied to the brand(s)
  • Provides support to retail marketing teams to ensure the brand is properly represented (online/in-store)
  • Proactively communicates with all stakeholders to ensure clear understandings of requirements
  • Creates seasonal brand decks and calendars that outline key strategies and stories for the core owned brands
  • Analyzes the market, retail sales data and industry trends
  • Creates unique copy for owned brand products on banner ecommerce sites
  • Helps protect and communicate the brand(s) and its respective guidelines
  • Assists in developing the GTM (go to market) plans for all products/campaigns with retail partners
  • Executes & monitors brand(s) specific owned channel strategies (social/web)
  • Effectively and efficiently problem solves and reacts quickly as changes occur
  • Communicates updated brand guidelines to the Product Team and Design Team to ensure assortment and design adheres to the brand direction
  • Assists with developing and updating brand books for all owned brands
  • Supports multi-year strategic roadmap for the brand(s) (internal/external)
  • Ensures delivery dates and schedules for asset delivery are met (online & in-store)
