Job Description:

The Program Support Associate is a key member of the Mark’s Commercial Operations Team responsible for the development of a sustainable program support framework to drive efficiency in style and sku management of customer programs resulting in improvement in service levels and timely fill rates. This role will build relationships within the team and with vendors, creating partnerships across multiple functional areas that are vital to the success of Mark’s Commercial. The successful applicant will play an essential role in informing on required analytics, and elimination of inefficiencies. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable performing analysis and recommending sustainable processes and models to assist with product fulfillment timeliness. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, detail and process oriented with excellent data analytics skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage feedback from vendors regarding materials, styles, and stock outs
  • Identify gaps in current process
  • Work with large data sets to build report templates for continued use
  • Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timelines
  • Complete other tasks and projects as needed
  • Develop communication channels for ongoing use of vendor information to key stakeholders
  • Increase efficiency and productivity by proposing new ways of working
  • Prepare and present regular status reports
  • Assist with verifying sku-level program integrity

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary institution, in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
