Credit Services Group (CSG) is currently looking to grow our team in both St. Catharines and Welland locations. We are looking for individuals with diverse experience that are compassionate, enthusiastic about helping others, motivated to learn and will represent our brand and core values. Credit Services team plays a critical role in success of our credit card business and our customers. Financial delinquency often happens at difficult stages of people’s lives and team CSG will be there to support our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow internal processes and policies to maintain consumer security and deliver resolutions in an efficient and timely manner
• Continually learn by engaging in our high standard of coaching and training programs to build up your customer engagement skills
• Connect with customers over in/outbound calls, chat & email channels
• You will be representing as a brand ambassador who is invested understanding specific needs and challenges of each customer with care and compassion
• Participate, engage, contribute and share ideas, experiences to help us continually improve the customer experience and brand loyalty
• Have engaging conversation to find mutually beneficial resolutions using tools and programs we offer
• Our ultimate objective is to help our customers succeed and have them as customer for life

Job Requirements:

• Problem solvers, who can handle conflict with composure
• Compassionate and enthusiastic individual who can build relationship with peers and customers
• Well-founded understanding of technology. Comfort with mobile application and social media is an asset
• Customer service oriented, with strong emotional intelligence
• Confident in your ability to engage and support customers during difficult circumstances
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good negotiators, with an ability to influence
