Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external specialists and internal business partners to analyze and ensure the appropriate reporting of significant reserves, including owning the process for updating studies
• Own the annual reporting for captive insurance entities in collaboration with specialists
• Own the Finance administration of our SOX compliance program, including advising on internal control-related questions and issues and partnering with control owners, Corporate Audit Services, Technology Services, and external auditors
• Interface with senior leadership within Finance and other organizations on regular basis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in public accounting, financial reporting of an SEC filer, or a combination of both
• Strong understanding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Familiarity with internal controls and SOX compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
• Strong project management skills
