Job Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all portfolio clients and their respective industry sub-segment.
• Identify, in conjunction with the Senior Bankers, issues that clients may face from implementation of regulatory directives/company financial dynamics and capital markets trends.
• Develop product/organizational knowledge and be alert for opportunities to apply product specific solutions across the client portfolio.
• Using or building financial models
• Actively work on new transactions with product partners.
• Create statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance
• Analyze financial and operating information relating to financial information relating to our clients and the sectors in which they operate.
• Run RAROC models and prepare RAC memos
• Source, retrieve and analyze internal and external research and incorporate into marketing materials
• Prepare pre-meeting briefing materials, attend client meetings and be actively involved in follow up discussions
• Actively contribute to all special projects
• Assist on KYC
• Provide regular updates on industry, company specific developments and market events.
• Preparing FIC Briefing memos, support memos for Senior meetings and annual reviews
