Job Description:

As a Barclays Customer Service Advisor you’ll be part of an engaged team and will develop a genuine rapport with your customers, helping them with their needs and queries which could include high net worth investments. You’ll gain their trust and confidence as you establish a clear picture of their individual requirements and then liaise closely with your colleague’s to identify products and services that fit the customer’s needs.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Listening to customer’s needs and building relationships, making them aware of products that may be suitable for them
  • Keeping your knowledge of our products and services up to date and knowing where to find information about them to ensure you deliver the most appropriate outcome
  • Understanding the customers query and looking at the situation from different angles to offer the best solution
  • Putting yourself in the customer’s shoes and understanding how everyday products and services can help our customers now and in the future

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet performance standards
  • Experience of operating in a customer-facing or telephony role where service is paramount
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience of dealing with complex customer queries and complaints
