Job Description:
As a Barclays Scrum Master, you will be providing technical direction as well as managing components of system engineering activity for one or more applications / products across the end-to-end software development lifecycle, in the integral development of a new client management platform. You will also be designing, developing and setting up architectural/usability standards for the platform using Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander), Databases and APIs for the applications.

Job Responsibilities:

Supporting and implementing of Onboarding and Know Your Customer applications, leading project deliveries and the
- Level 3 team using Agile best practices Scrum
- Providing support and technical delivery of application problem records within the transaction cycle tower
- Resolving, analysing, designing, developing and maintaining Onboarding Apps – Implementation Management processes in production
- Engineering best practices, platform engineering, DevOps and Agile delivery for on-premises and Cloud adoption (Amazon Web Services, aPaas etc)
- Understanding business needs and requirements and estimates as per standards
- Understanding the legacy systems, design and developing the interfaces
- Participating in reviews and ensuring compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including reviewing alert logs
Job Requirements:

Previously worked as a production support L3 specialist on BPM and workflow tools; certified Scrum Master

Working knowledge of databases such as RHEL, SQL, API, Chef, Jenkins,Git hub, J2EE, JBOSS, TomCat, XML

Software development experience, particularly within the financial services industry

Good understanding of the investment banking business will be an advantage

Knowledge of enhancements in Pega 7.3, 8.x+ preferre

Management exposure as you’ll be managing a team and will remain hands on with team members
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with DevOps, infra designing, provisioning and test automation
