Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for screen designs, prototypes, customer journey maps, high fidelity assets and detailed specifications
• Working with brand and design guidelines; and use and contribute to design systems
• You will ensure knowledge of current patterns, best practices, and trends are kept up-to-date, in order to deliver fresh, relevant and industry leading designs
• Working as part of a team to understand customer needs, business objectives and outcomes, and contribute to the proposition and wider user experience
• Undertaking training and knowledge sharing activities with team members and wider stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of visual-based design principles for digital, with an understanding and skills across colour, typography, branding, layout and visualisation
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Sketch, Adobe and Principle to effectively deliver high quality design solutions
• You can understand the customer experience, and translate this into impactful and appropriate high-fidelity designs for digital products
• A degree in a visual or design based subject eg design, multimedia or equivalent experience in a related field and demonstrable experience designing for web and mobile

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in any of these areas: designing accessible and inclusive interfaces; native app design; motion design and animation techniques; creation of design systems
