Global Corporate Banking Technology & Operations is seeking to expand its services & infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas of Payments/Wire, Trade & Credit Services, Bank Notes, Commercial cards etc.
- Effectively support in processing transactions in the Payments area relating to Fx/INR payments, and ensure errorless delivery to clients.
- Support business objectives in Payments area through adherence to all internal & external procedures & customer service orientation.
- Direct interaction with clients/counterparts in other branches for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.
- Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.
- Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc.
- Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement
- Ensure compliance with reporting/ response deadlines
- Good knowledge of payment operations
- Good computing and accounting skills.
- Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement.
- Ability to manage volumes with accuracy.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.
