Job Description:
The employee in this role is responsible for data entry and processing to facilitate the transfer of assets between Merrill Lynch or US Trust and contra parties. This role provides support for both internal and external teams to accomplish asset transfers and gifts swiftly and accurately while remaining within Service Level Agreement standards. The employee is expected to provide inbound and outbound phone support as well as responding to email inquiries in a timely manner. Through this position, the employee will gain knowledge of investment products, operational elements, and proprietary skills necessary to excel in a career with Bank of America.
