We need a Claims Investigation Manager, based anywhere in the UK, to drive the great outcomes we are achieving in our Investigation Services function. Job Responsibilities:

  • You’ll have responsibility for projects, correct procedures, process and regularity adherence as they all form part of the role and you will use this to identify any opportunities for improvement incorporating data driven decisions to bolster any and all improvements.
  • You’ll be working with some great people across Claims and with external agencies so your ability tobuild strongrelationships will be key to the success of the unit.
  • Building the right relationships that are consistent and high-quality optimises claims indemnity expenditure and customer service contributing to the overall success of our strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • This is a remote position based in UK and you will be expected to travel to where you are required. This will mostly be to our Claims sites.
  • Your overall leadership style needs to be energetic and inspirational with an infectious enthusiasm that reaches your team, peers and leadership team

Qualification & Experience:

  • Integrity- strong decision-making skills.

  • Enthusiasmto achieve great things through your people.
