Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing aircraft on ground (AOG) material purchasing analysis and various administrative duties as needed or assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
- Observe, research and analyze materials sourcing options for worldwide support of grounded aircraft.
- Perform entry level professional duties to support the AOG Desk and non-routine buying tasks, including loan/borrow/lease alternatives.
- Perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance and project delivery
- May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for other departmental special projects or reports
- Coordination and follow through to completion on all assigned projects
- Perform all other tasks as assigned; s pecific activities vary by assignment
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
- Current enrollment in college/university/trade school required with experience or concentrated studies in Supply Chain
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable with delivering presentations to senior leadership
- Energetic Personality
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment
